Special "Bag-In-Box"© packaging ensures chemical-free shelf life. The freshly squeezed juice undergoes a short heat treatment, preserving its original, beneficial physiological properties. There is NO use of any other additives during the preparation of the filtered juice, and it is NOT re-diluted from a concentrate. It neither contains any preservative, flavouring, water, sugar nor any other fruit (e.g. apple). Bag-In-Box © packaging allows the juice to keep its quality for up to 3 weeks after opening when refrigerated. The daily recommended amount is min. 100 ml.

The jams of the "Szedrem" product family are seed-free. Our products, made by traditional methods, preserve the freshness and flavour of the fruit for a long time. The sweet taste of traditional jams is due to the sugar, whereas it has been replaced by a natural sweetener, "stevia", in case of diabetic jams.

Ingredients: dried blackberry seeds (60%), pressed dried blackberry pulp and skin (40%). Directions for use: as a dietary supplement, 1-2 teaspoonfuls of the powder mixed in tea, juice or other liquids.

Why should You take blackberry seed powder as a dietary supplement?

Blackberries are high in vitamins and trace elements, but their real value is in their colour content. Gently dried at under 40 degrees Celsius, the pressed flesh and pulp of the fruit has an outstanding effect.

It is able to bind the carcinogenic free radicals that are produced in our body on daily basis, thus having a protective effect on our body.

The berry contains high amounts of minerals: calcium, potassium, iron, manganese and phosphorus, magnesium, copper, folic acid, vitamins A and C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6. These all can greatly help the immune system to function effectively.

Storage: tightly closed in a cool dry place, protected from light.

Shelf-life: 1 year from opening.

It makes a delicious tea. It was sold as „Planta tea” in Hungary until the 1960s. Healing properties: it can be effective against immune system dysfunction and anaemia, bleeding gums, fever, skin rashes, menstrual disorders. It is also good for treating urinary tract diseases and leucorrhoea due to its antibacterial properties. Preferably without flavouring!
